This room faces horse paddocks and has a splendid view of the Church of St John the Divine. It has a gentle, gracious atmosphere, lent opulence by the deep golden carpet, and green and gold wallpapered walls. The original beams of the house are exposed in the ceiling, which local lore has it were sourced from 16th Century galleons.
The bed can either be two large singles or be linked to form a super kingsize bed, and is supremely comfortable. It has an adjoining private bathroom with a large luxury walk– in shower.
There is an Arts & Crafts wardrobe and an Alfred Cox chest of drawers to give plenty of storage space. There is also a handmade wooden bench upholstered in leopard print velvet! Lighting is provided by beautiful handmade golden tulip wall sconces.
